Originally established by Eric and Elaine Whitbread, the Kempsey West Car Service Centre recently underwent a change of ownership. Not that you would know.

New owner Mark Whitbread has worked here since 1995, serving his apprenticeship here and then as a mechanic himself until he took over the business in 2017. Neither the name over the door or the great level of customer service you get from Whitbread Automotive has changed, but now a second generation is overseeing the service of the next generation of vehicles.

Mark has more than a lifetime of experience in the industry, having learned all that his father Eric knew about cars and adding his own experience in the workshop where he practically grew up.
